The Mandalorian, which was released in November of 2019, has continued to keep Star Wars fans on the edge of their seats since its release. Directed by Jon Favreau, the story of The Mandalorianis set after the fall of the Empire and before the emergence of the First Order. The viewers follow the story of a mandalorian, who is a lone bounty hunter as he travels in the outer reaches of the galaxy, far from the authority of the New Republic.

Season 2 has currently been released up to Chapter 12 (season 2 episode 4), and new episodes are added every Friday. Episodes typically tend to be about 40 minutes long.

This series is perfect for Star Wars fans and non-Star Wars fans who enjoy a good science-fiction/action-adventure tv series. But if you are new to the Star Wars universe, I would at least recommend watching Episode IV: A New Hope, then Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back, and finally Episode VI: Return of the Jedibefore watching The Mandalorian. This will provide critical background information that would be helpful for understanding what is going on in the series.
