One Boston Day: Jeans Drive
“TODAY 1 IN 7 CHILDREN GROWING UP IN MASSACHUSETTS IS GROWING UP IN POVERTY. A TEENAGER GROWING UP IN POVERTY OFTEN HAS TO LIVE WITHOUT THE MOST BASIC OF ITEMS LIKE CLOTHING.”
Thank you to all those who donated items from their closet to the recent Jeans Drive here at NDA. The Massachusetts Coalition for the Homeless is very grateful! We cumulatively collected almost 100 items! Teens in the Greater Boston Area are welcomed to visit the coalition and pick up items they need with no cost to them.
Organized by: Nicole Newman, Caroline Rohnstock, and Sarah Mondo (not included in photograph)
