Easter Egg Eating

Happy Easter! This Easter break was well deserved and I think needed by all of us here at NDA. My favorite thing about Easter is usually the candy, but this year I took a liking towards the eggs. My sister actually taught me a very fun and creative way to decorate and cook my very own Easter egg. This may be a tradition for many, but it was my first time doing it this Easter and I plan to do it again in the future.
To decorate the egg you will need:

However many eggs you would like
• Various colors of food coloring
• A toothpick and bowl

How to do it:
The first thing you will have to do is to hollow the egg. Poke a hole at the top and the bottom of the egg, be careful not to crack it! You may need to tap the areas first before you can poke a hole in. Once you have your two holes, hold the egg over a bowl, and blow through one of the holes until all the inner egg goes into the bowl.
Run tap water through the hollow egg, to make the inside extra clean. Paint the egg however you like with the colors.
To eat the egg:
With the egg that you have blown into the bowl, think about making some scrambled eggs for breakfast!
Personally I like my eggs scrambled, so I marinated the egg with Italian seasoning and stored it in the fridge  overnight. In the morning, I scrambled my seasoned eggs, and added some scallions with cheese to add more flavor.
