Notre Dame Academy’s International Thespian Troupe #7966 put on an amazing performance of ‘Legally Blonde, The Musical’ November!

Many talented seniors were on the stage for their final time in this musical production, as they sang, and danced like the stars. This year’s play also highlighted many, gifted under-classmen that we will be looking to see more of over the next few years.

As always, the hard work of the students was led by a collaborative effort between Ms. Russell as Director and Mrs. Gentile as Musical Director, both of whom are teachers at NDA.  The choreographer was Ms. Janet Fortier and the Tech Director was Mr. Woodward. Many students assisted in technical aspects of the show from the lights and sound to make up and costumes.  The band that accompanied the play was fantastic and really complimented the professionalism of the entire, enjoyable production.

This production was a combination of capable acting that engaged the audience at each performance, gaining many laughs and applause following song and dance numbers. The top-notch singing from lead soloists, duets, and ensembles; dancing and fancy footwork; and spot-on acting showcased the gifts and artistic talents of our student body.

We are really looking forward to the next production to come out of our own NDA Thespian Troupe! Hope you’ll all join us in the auditorium next time!
