Christmas Recipe-Peppermint Bark

 

Ingredients

White melting chocolate morsels

Crushed peppermint

Parchment paper

Directions:
Place candy canes in a plastic bag and hammer into ¼- inch chunks or smaller. Melt the chocolate in a double-boiler. Combine candy cane chunks with chocolate. If desired at this point, add peppermint flavoring. Pour mixture onto a cookie sheet layered with parchment paper. Then place the cookie sheet in the refrigerator for 45 minutes or until firm. Remove the cookie sheet and break in to pieces. Enjoy!
